These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user. You agree that by accessing the Website, or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when the option is available to you, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THEWEBSITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
